1. Acceptance of Terms

By using TempMail, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the service.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use InboxMail for:

• Sending spam, bulk unsolicited email, or phishing content
• Harassment, threats, or abusive communication
• Illegal activity of any kind
• Impersonating any person or entity
• Attempting to circumvent rate limits or abuse the service infrastructure

Violation of these terms may result in your access being blocked without notice.

3. Service Limitations

InboxMail is provided "as is" with no uptime guarantee. Free-tier inboxes expire automatically and content is not recoverable after expiry. Outbound sending on paid plans is rate-limited to prevent abuse. Delivery to certain providers (e.g., Microsoft Outlook/Hotmail) may be unreliable due to spam filtering outside our control.

4. Paid Plans (Plus & Pro)

InboxMail offers two optional paid subscription tiers, Plus and Pro, billed monthly in advance via our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy, who acts as the Merchant of Record for these transactions.

• Billing: Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. Your payment method will be charged on the same date each billing cycle.
• Cancellation: You may cancel anytime from your Lemon Squeezy customer portal (linked in your subscription confirmation email) or by contacting us. Cancelling stops future renewals; your plan benefits remain active until the end of the period you've already paid for.
• Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review it in good faith.
• Failed payments: If a renewal payment fails, your account may be automatically downgraded to the Free tier after the retry/grace period allowed by our payment processor.
• Changes to pricing or features: We may adjust plan pricing or included features going forward. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price change takes effect on their next renewal.

5. No Warranty

InboxMail is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee email delivery, receipt, or data retention, on free or paid plans.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use the service, including loss of access to accounts registered with a temporary email address, missed communications, billing disputes, or any indirect or consequential damages.

7. Account Recovery Warning

Many services require email verification for password resets and account recovery. Because temporary addresses expire (including on paid plans, once the extended retention period ends), do not use InboxMail for any account where you may need future access via that email — you will permanently lose access to that recovery method.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
