Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using TempMail, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the service.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use InboxMail for:

  • Sending spam, bulk unsolicited email, or phishing content
  • Harassment, threats, or abusive communication
  • Illegal activity of any kind
  • Impersonating any person or entity
  • Attempting to circumvent rate limits or abuse the service infrastructure

Violation of these terms may result in your access being blocked without notice.

3. Service Limitations

TempMail is provided "as is" with no uptime guarantee. Inboxes expire automatically and content is not recoverable after expiry. Outbound sending is rate-limited (currently 3 emails per minute) to prevent abuse. Delivery to certain providers (e.g., Microsoft Outlook/Hotmail) may be unreliable due to spam filtering outside our control.

4. No Warranty

InboxMail is provided free of charge without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee email delivery, receipt, or data retention.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use the service, including loss of access to accounts registered with a temporary email address, missed communications, or any indirect or consequential damages.

6. Account Recovery Warning

Many services require email verification for password resets and account recovery. Because temporary addresses expire, do not use TempMail for any account where you may need future access via that email — you will permanently lose access to that recovery method.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
